- All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, due to possible delays by carriers.
Shipping Carriers:
- We use several shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
International Shipping:
- We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Healed By The Ocean is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Support@healedbytheocean.com. We will be more than happy to assist with processing a claim and expediting a replacement.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
- We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
